Refund Policy
For any refunds to be considered a written request must be made to Tempo Volleyball by emailing tempovolleyballnl@gmail.com detailing the reason why a refund is being requested. All refund requests must be made prior to 48 hours before the start of the session. This is to allow appropriate time for waitlisted members to be notified and for coaches to adjust their planning.
The request will be reviewed by the directors at Tempo and a decision will be made on a case-by-base basis. If the refund is approved, an email will be sent to you. The refund will be reimbursed minus a $25, non-refundable, administrative fee.

Refunds will not be considered due to the following reasons:

Weather (event still going ahead)

Change of schedule

Participant changes their mind

Parent changes their mind
