Serving

Small Group Coaching

For those looking for personalized goal driven coaching in small group settings.  This option of session includes the following:

  • Consultation prior to the first session to learn more about the athlete, their skill level, strengths, weaknesses, and ultimately their goals they wish to achieve.

  • Higher coach to athlete ratios with a maximum of five athletes per session with our most highly experienced coaches.

  • Advice and recommendations for aspects such as: physical conditioning, mental strength training, and at-home volleyball exercises.

  • Please allow booking for at least one week in advance for these sessions.

Skill Sessions

For those looking to join in sessions whose goal is to develop a specific skill set or work on a specific aspect of the game.  This option of session includes the following:

  • A variety of skill sessions exist catered to athletes of specific age levels.

  • Skills include: attacking, defending, serving, serve receive, setting, blocking, tactics, and more.

  • Groups typically ranging from:

    • Our Tempo Three Groups: Grades 4-6

    • Our Tempo Two Groups: Grades 7-9

    • Our Tempo One Groups:  Grades 10-12

  • Up to a maximum of 15 athletes per session with some of our highly trained and experienced coaches.

  • Advice and recommendations for aspects such as: physical conditioning, mental strength training, and at-home volleyball exercises.

Camps & Clincs

These camps and clinics, run by our highly trained coaches as well as skilled and experienced high school and university alum players, aim to work on a variety of skills and aspects of the game through several scaffolded sessions over the course of three days. This option of session includes the following:

  • A variety of skill sessions exist catered to athletes of specific age levels.

  • Skills include: attacking, defending, serving, serve receive, setting, blocking, tactics, and more.

    • Camps and clinics will often hit on several of these in one session.

  • Groups typically ranging from:

    • Our Tempo Three Groups: Grades 4-6

    • Our Tempo Two Groups: Grades 7-9

    • Our Tempo One Groups:  Grades 10-12

  • Up to a maximum of 28 athletes per session.

  • Advice and recommendations for aspects such as: physical conditioning, mental strength training, and at-home volleyball exercises.
