Small Group Coaching
For those looking for personalized goal driven coaching in small group settings. This option of session includes the following:

Consultation prior to the first session to learn more about the athlete, their skill level, strengths, weaknesses, and ultimately their goals they wish to achieve.

Higher coach to athlete ratios with a maximum of five athletes per session with our most highly experienced coaches.

Advice and recommendations for aspects such as: physical conditioning, mental strength training, and at-home volleyball exercises.

Please allow booking for at least one week in advance for these sessions.
Skill Sessions
For those looking to join in sessions whose goal is to develop a specific skill set or work on a specific aspect of the game. This option of session includes the following:

A variety of skill sessions exist catered to athletes of specific age levels.

Skills include: attacking, defending, serving, serve receive, setting, blocking, tactics, and more.

Groups typically ranging from:
-
Our Tempo Three Groups: Grades 4-6
-
Our Tempo Two Groups: Grades 7-9
-
Our Tempo One Groups: Grades 10-12

Up to a maximum of 15 athletes per session with some of our highly trained and experienced coaches.

Advice and recommendations for aspects such as: physical conditioning, mental strength training, and at-home volleyball exercises.


Camps & Clincs
These camps and clinics, run by our highly trained coaches as well as skilled and experienced high school and university alum players, aim to work on a variety of skills and aspects of the game through several scaffolded sessions over the course of three days. This option of session includes the following:

Skills include: attacking, defending, serving, serve receive, setting, blocking, tactics, and more.

Camps and clinics will often hit on several of these in one session.
